each line in the image is 2seconds of light in the darkroom. on this type of material to get the best contrast of black and white, i have found that around 8-10 seconds give the best results.
on this test strip, 12 seconds of light in the dark room has given the best result when finding the optimum black and white contrast.
6 seconds of light has given the best result in this photo.
